We set an appointment to have our car fixed due to a recall. It only took almost 5 months to get the part. Once we got an appointment, we were notified (by texts and phone calls reminding us of our app recall. It only took almost 5 months to get the part. Once we got an appointment, we were notified (by texts and phone calls reminding us of our appointment. Finally the car got fixed yesterday and this morning I got a call from Kia saying I missed my appointment (which I did not). People working in this department were excellent however with their consumer relations. More

I took my Kia Soul in for a recall of the seat heater. At the time I booked the appointment I was asked if I would require shuttle service. I responded that I did and was told it was booked. When I arrived at the dealership, the service manager informed me they do not provide shuttle service to Rockwood. I responded that I did not want to go to Rockwood, only down to Costco which is only a few km away. He then said they do not provide shuttle service at all. Why would he say they don't provide shuttle service to Rockwood and then say they don't provide shuttle service at all. I informed him that they had scheduled me for shuttle service when I booked the appointment. The response was, "they don't know what we do down here" or something to that effect. I smelled something and it wasn't roses. After waiting for three hours in the waiting room twiddling my thumbs it was done. upon my return home I checked the website after I returned home and there it was, shuttle service is provided. I went on the chat to ask if shuttle service is provided and was asked what the make and model of my vehicle was. I responded with "you didn't answer my question. When I explained with the above, I was told a manager would contact me. Well, it's been a month and a half and nothing. Would I go back there again...not a chance. If they are not honest to me about shuttle service, what else are they being dishonest about? More
