Bought a Jeep I just bought vehicle from Imi Merali and I had great experience. Imi found exact options I being looking for in a vehicle. As a sales person he being able to locate exact options I being looking for to single detail which is rare to have in stock unless it is a factory ordered. He also smoothly transitioned me through the whole sale until the end and I’m really grateful for that since I had some communication issues with Finance department. I also would like to thank sales people Eden Donahue and Lyle Bessette for their wonderful suggestions. Also Sheldon in Service was absolutely amazing in searching deals for rims and winter tires. I was impressed. By using Sheldon’s expertise I probably saved at least $500.00 or more and still got top of the line winter tires and rims I wanted. More

Having been a sales person myself for several years, and having a Type A personality, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, and sometimes a little impatient. Eden Donahue and Mike in finance took all of my anxiety away. I told them what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay, and they took care of the rest. Not once did they ever try to "sell" me, and what's more, they listened to every single word I said, and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. I got a great price, an AMAZING vehicle, and I have absolutely no buyer's remorse. The dealership itself was not entirely willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle, although it was "on sale" from the original dealer retail cost. Terrible, stay away from this dealership and service departm Since purchasing our Durango, we have had nothing but problems with it and we were convinced to purchase extra warranty and were promised a courtesy v Since purchasing our Durango, we have had nothing but problems with it and we were convinced to purchase extra warranty and were promised a courtesy vehicle while our vehicle was in for MULTIPLE recalls and other servicing. Getting a courtesy vehicle or loaner was a fight EVERY time. Service workers feed you condescending bs like how these vehicles are not made for Edmonton weather etc. Do not deal with these con artists!!! More
