Met with Shawn Shute the next day and explained I wanted to upgrade my 2014 Grand Caravan to a later model with a few more bells and whistles.After looking at both used and new and being informed of a financing offer on new 2017"s I decided on the latter and within 15mins he located one with exactly the options I wanted.At no time during the negotiating process was I made to feel intimidated and a mutually accepted deal was soon reached.Working with Mike Huffman in finance was equally comfortable and productive,like Shawn he listened and gave his all to accommodate me.
