Above and Beyond My mom and I have always believed the ability to drive standard to be an invaluable skill. However, I learned to drive on an automatic. It came time for my first car, and after brief research we decided a Jetta would be the way to go. We then chose standard, for it is slightly less expensive, and the fuel economy is better. We live in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and do not have a Volkswagen dealership. The nearest one was Grande Prairie. Over the course of a month, through minimal emails and phone calls, we worked together and the process of picking the colour to purchasing was smooth. Upon arriving in town to pick up the vehicle, while mom signed the papers, Robin walked me through the safety features and navigation of my car. He then offered to teach me standard with his day off. We spent 3-4 hours together on a rainy Sunday driving around Grande Prairie-- one hour of which was repeatedly going up and down the same hill. He is a phenomenal teacher, at the end of my first day I feel more comfortable driving than I thought I would. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. From the purchasing the car to driving it off of the lot (and beyond), my mom and I were taken care of. More

Great service I had a tire shop fit aftermarket wheels fitted to my 2016 Tiguan, the wheels were incorrectly balanced causing a vibration, the tires shop could not I had a tire shop fit aftermarket wheels fitted to my 2016 Tiguan, the wheels were incorrectly balanced causing a vibration, the tires shop could not get my Tiguan back in due to the holliday weekend, I phoned Grande prairie volkswagen and they got me right in and correctly balanced my wheels. Fuel Issues The spring on the fuel valve broke and I was not able to fill up my Jetta. Grande Prairie Voltswagen drove to Hythe and fixed the problem which allow The spring on the fuel valve broke and I was not able to fill up my Jetta.
