When we walked into the show room we were greeted by Wayne Villeneuve who was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall awesome guy to deal with. We took a couple of vehicles out for a test drive and I really liked them both and couldn't decide until Wayne asked me "if I were to give you one for free which one would you take" ...............it was then I decided on the Jeep Wrangler and we named her "Sahara". I am really happy that we ended up GP Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. Once the paperwork had to be signed we dealt with Tim Horcoff who was nothing but helpful, very friendly and we felt very confident with him handling our affairs. It was also great just to talk to him about every day life as well instead of just getting the paperwork signed and leaving. I will definitely refer this dealership along with Wayne and Tim to anyone I know that might be looking for a vehicle :) More

Amazing service once again I have been to this dealership 3 times in the last year. Once for myself, and twice because I referred two family members. Each time I come in I know that Mike Murphy is exactly who I want to deal with. He is friendly, honest, and genuinely looks out for the customers best interest. This last time I was in there I brought my skeptical brother who wasn't sure what he wanted or if he even wanted to buy from a dealership. I told him to just trust me and sit down with the guys who got me my vehicle, no pressure. Within 10 minutes of being there my brother realized he was in the right place to buy his first vehicle. Mike walked him through every step. He was patient, accommodating, and he has a way of just assuring that you are making the choices, not him. That is a rare thing to find in customer service in Grande Prairie. What was supposed to be an inquiry day turned into my little brother driving away in his very first vehicle and he couldn't have been any happier.
