Excellent and quick! I certainly had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Grande Prairie Chrysler! I was only there a few hours and I traded in my old truck a I certainly had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Grande Prairie Chrysler! I was only there a few hours and I traded in my old truck and came out with and left same day a brand new ram! Kevin was exceptionally patient and helpful. Bad Experience I had an appointment with GP Chrysler. I confirmed the appointment the day before and when I showed up the person I was suppose to meet was not there I had an appointment with GP Chrysler. I confirmed the appointment the day before and when I showed up the person I was suppose to meet was not there and no one seemed to be aware of my appointment. I was then passed on to a salesman who listened to what I wanted but told me he couldn't help me. He told me a few other things that seemed odd to me so I followed up with my bank and a few other dealerships and they are all able to help me out?? One has said they can even get me into the vehicle I wanted at a lower payment than I'm currently paying. I went to GP Chrysler because my previous experience was good, but after this one I won't be back. More

Great Experience! My partner and I went into the dealership this past weekend looking to trade in our current vehicle because we had no use for it. The salesman Vance R My partner and I went into the dealership this past weekend looking to trade in our current vehicle because we had no use for it. The salesman Vance Ridsdale greeted us at the door and asked us what we were interested in. We told him we were thinking of a Jeep and he sold us on a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The sales manager Jon did a great job on making the trade happen with the numbers and Vance listened to what we wanted. A very big thank you to Kerry Kaban for explaining everything when it came to the fine print. She was very thorough. I got to say she is the best finance person I have talked to from a dealership. She didn't rush anything!! There needs to be more people like her in the industry because she took time to go over everything. We had a great experience and I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership. More
