We shopped at different dealerships for our new Mazda 3, and was unhappy with Wolfe mazda's untrained and dishonest staff. My husband and I were very happy with the experience at Freeway Mazda from the beginning. We phoned from Kamloops looking for a Mazda cx-5(2014) and the sales manager said he didn't have one and couldn't Freeway Mazda from the beginning. We phoned from Kamloops looking for a Mazda cx-5(2014) and the sales manager said he didn't have one and couldn't order one for us for a few months in the colour and model that we wanted. The next morning my husband phoned back to ask if they had the model because we were willing to take any colour. The sales manager said that he was just about to phone us saying that unknownst to him one came off the truck that morning; he just didn't know if it was spoken for. It wasn't spoken for so we drove down that day to look at it. The price was $500 lower than any other dealer in BC. When we got there the place was so busy but right away Arnie met us and looked after us. He wanted us to test drive the cx-5 to make sure we liked it and he didn't HAVE to come with us; it was our choice. We went for a drive and stopped in a parking lot to look over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. We noticed a 'blemish' on the front of the hood. Arnie immediately took it to the detailers; it was just a bit of tree pitch. They got it off no problem but still had us look it over to make sure we were happy with it. They looked after us very quickly because they knew we wanted to get back on the road to get home before too late. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
