I was impressed by their website, it was incredibly easy to search the site for the vehicle I wanted and I immediately contacted Dave Grittani. After receiving an extremely detailed and prompt response about the vehicle. I made an appointment to come in to the dealership for a test drive. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so inviting, all employees were very friendly and welcoming. Dave was extremely knowledgable and gave me a walk through of all of the features on the vehicle during the test drive. My purchasing experience with Dave was a wonderful experience and all my questions were answered. Great customer service with a smile! Even at the end when I picked up my vehicle I was impressed by the delivery process where I was given an overview of all the technology in the car and drove away fully aware of all the features and how to use them. I was recommended by "word of mouth" to Dave Raymond, and I will surely do the same. I showed my new truck to a customer of mine last night and he says "I buy all my trucks from Erinwood" Says it all. As a final comment, I especially liked the overview of the car on delivery. There is so much luxury and technology in these vehicles I would have been weeks trying to figure it all out. Well done Erinwood!!!!! Congrats on getting a new building as well. More
