Once we decided to purchase the one we drove we discovered it had been sold just the evening before. We searched the internet and found a similar car at Erinwood. We were put in touch with Ali who sent us photos of the car and demonstrated his patience in answering our questions. Knowing we were from Collingwood, he held the car for us until we could come in to the dealership. Ali was with us through every step of the process introducing us to the other team players and explaining each step thoroughly. We appreciated his sensitivity to our needs and his management and organization skills resulted in a smooth and pleasurable experience. We were on our way home with our new mustang within 4 hours..
