Great experience. Takes the hard work out of buying a car. My wife found a car on auto trader selling at Erinwood ford. Called for the vehicle and spoke to Orlando. Wasn't even 5 minutes after the call Orlando(salesman) called back with another vehicle a 2010 Equinox with all the features and at the right price. We went to see it the next day. The vehicle was perfect for her. The car was clean and runs well. Orlando was not to forceful or seemed hungry just to make a sale; wife trusted him right away. We bought the vehicle and picked it up a few days later. We went to a couple of other dealerships looking at vehicles; Nothing like the great service we received from Orlando(Erinwood). I'm sending my sister in law there and I'm going back next year most likely to buy a Navigator as I have one now and ready for a replacement. If anyone reads this post honesty and trust still exists.
