My interest was the BMW K1300S. Bike at the time was 2009 Triumph Rocket III. I had been hedging about upgrading to the BMW, but was always unsure about getting one. I started shopping around and ended up at Ajax Endras BMW. Now I read about the K1300S and was wondering if I could take one out for a test ride. I spoke to James and he was more than willing to let me have a go. He jokingly said he would have have the paper work ready when I got back (since I would be hooked on the bike after my test ride). Well he was right I was hooked, but I had a couple of issues. James listened to all my concerns and amazingly got them all resolved. From Insurance to Financing. All resolved. Some adjustments on the Bike had to be done before I was happy. James made it happen. All the silly questions I had , he was able to answer. And never showed any signs of impatience. I was throughly amazed. This also applies to all the staff at Endras. The folks there are will willing to spend the time with you. It has totally changed my perspective of BMW. More

I have known exactly what type of car I wanted for months, and before entering endras and speaking to Luke Pellow , I did not feel comfortable with other dealers or warranty packages. It seemed as if months, and before entering endras and speaking to Luke Pellow , I did not feel comfortable with other dealers or warranty packages. It seemed as if they were always rushing me to make a decision, and trying to fast talk to get me to make a fast purchase on a car that didn't have everything I wanted. With Luke and endras bmw, I was able to make my own decision on my own time. I did not feel pressured and Luke Pellow was able to answer all of my questions. More importantly he encouraged me to be sure that I was making the correct decision for myself. Whenever I had a concern, Luke gave me correct information and did not hesitate to allow me to return on my own time. It did not take me long to see that purchasing my 335i from Luke at endras was the right fit, I actually returned the next day instead of the 3 weeks like I originally planned. Luke's honesty and passion for bmws is was wheeled me in. On another note, one of My largest concern was about the warranty, Michelle B another sales associate also found me a plan that best suited my needs which was like icing on the cake. I was very surprised when she called me on my cell to tell me the good news. At the end of it all i was able to get exactly what I wanted, this was the lost money I've ever spent and thanks to Luke P and Michelle B, I was able to do so with confidence. I love Driving my 335i, I definitely will be making my next purchase from Luke at endras in the future and will not hesitate to pass Luke's card out to friends and family! More
