I was in the market for a new car since I wanted to replace my 2007 Mini Cooper. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle Healy who was very helpful in every aspect. She is extremely knowledgeable, replace my 2007 Mini Cooper. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle Healy who was very helpful in every aspect. She is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. She answered all my questions and promptly followed up with me to finalize the purcahse of my new 2012 Mini Countryman. I just bought a 2013 M6. I love the car, and I was really happy with the sales service as well. Although it is not their fault, my car was held up for quite a while due to a recall, which was disappointing. happy with the sales service as well. This dealership (Endras BMW) does not provide me with the confidence that work being performed is up to par. There appears to be a fundamental lack of communication and follow through which leaves the impres confidence that work being performed is up to par. There appears to be a fundamental lack of communication and follow through which leaves the impression that they do not know what they are doing. In the future I would feel more comfortable with dealing with one of the more established BMW dealerships like Town + Country or Marinello.
