I have known exactly what type of car I wanted for months, and before entering endras and speaking to Luke Pellow , I did not feel comfortable with other dealers or warranty packages. It seemed as if they were always rushing me to make a decision, and trying to fast talk to get me to make a fast purchase on a car that didn't have everything I wanted. With Luke and endras bmw, I was able to make my own decision on my own time. I did not feel pressured and Luke Pellow was able to answer all of my questions. More importantly he encouraged me to be sure that I was making the correct decision for myself. Whenever I had a concern, Luke gave me correct information and did not hesitate to allow me to return on my own time. It did not take me long to see that purchasing my 335i from Luke at endras was the right fit, I actually returned the next day instead of the 3 weeks like I originally planned. Luke's honesty and passion for bmws is was wheeled me in. On another note, one of My largest concern was about the warranty, Michelle B another sales associate also found me a plan that best suited my needs which was like icing on the cake. I was very surprised when she called me on my cell to tell me the good news.
