sales Since last November I bought the car to do number of repairs.sales person told me you don't have to do anything until next year, service is done. When the engine light came on the break fluid was low which part of yearly service check. I had to pay for it.Than problem with battery salesman cover that. Person at service desk told my friend and I they only change the oil for per-own vehicle. after winter I saw the lake from steering wheel hoes which was pinch by clamp I did the repair my self. Last week had flat tire. Repair the tire at Etobicoke Bmw. Find out the tires on my car wasn't run flat, sales person sold me warranty which wasn't from Bmw, from different company from (PDI )province and they needs pictures of flat tire and it will take few days to order the tire.if it's run flat. I couldn't wait. Paul fromBMW plugged the tire in return I go there for my car repair from now on.I understand why second owner return the car back to the dealership after one year. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership for the first time, Kevin treated me with respect and set a aside a lot of time to go through my needs without pushing me to make a decision immediately. I visited three other BMW dealerships (all of which were much closer to my place of residence) and decided to stick with Kevin and Endras as they offered the most support and knowledge. The moment that Kevin and David Ferguson found a car that met my expectations, they called me right away and explained everything to me over the phone in order to ensure that I liked what I heard before making another trip over to the dealership. Once I was satisfied and drove over, the car was waiting for me to test drive and I fell in love with it. Once I decided to make the purchase, I received multiple follow ups to ensure that I had everything in order and when I came to pick up the car, it was in spectacular condition.
