Horrible experience. Spent two full days negotiating a used vehicle purchase. We finally came to an agreement on price and out of nowhere an “admin fee” was thrown into the conversation (almost $600 worth used vehicle purchase. Admin fees are completely discretionary, and can only be charged if making a deal below list price. Do not appreciate being told out of nowhere there’s now an admin fee being slapped onto the deal. Negotiations with the admin fee then came into play, and I was told we were just waiting upon the GM to yah or nay the deal. I waited all day, and followed up at the end of the day after hearing nothing. Finally received notice that, “oops the car sold while I was talking to my GM for an hour about it”. Where is your process in play for protecting consumers and employees while an active negotiation is in play?? Thank you for wasting my time. My husband has worked at a dealership for 16+ years and I can tell you that they would provide common courtesy to their customers and not try to undercut eachother just to make a dollar. Shady practices at this dealership. I would never recommend to anyone - from someone whose livelihood comes from a dealership, you will 100% be treated better at another dealership. More

Down to earth easy to work with salesman I came in two weeks ago looking to buy my first ever truck and so I was quite new to all that trucks had to offer. He was not pushy at all and was very helpful. He even came in after his set hours so that my fiance could see the truck and ask any questions as well.
