I visited your dealership to purchase a new vehicle(Cadillac SRX) for my daughter. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Amin Ladha, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle i was looking for and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right one that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of Amin's efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with my purchase.I appreciate the way you have trained your staff and the way they are following their duty perfectly. I was recently reminded why I do not go here for service though. Car went in for a minor recall issue (corrosion on door frames or some such). The actual work seemed to be performed well and Jon U was great when I had questions. Then, I went to pick up the car. Timeline: 10am Jon calls, car is ready. great. I need a shuttle pickup. 11:15 am. Shuttle calls, they are here. great. 11:29 am - At dealership. 10 minutes of xxxxxxx around to find my keys. What, you didn't know I was coming? In YOUR shuttle? 11:43 am - I see my keys! "Just a moment sir, we'll have someone bring your car around" 11:53 am - service manager sees me pacing back and forth and runs the other way 11:55 am - Ask why it's taking so long. Oh, car has to come from (somewhere far away, I missed this part) 12:01 pm - car shows up out front! I get this is not a huge deal, but the whole reason people don't use dealerships for service is that most of us do not want our time wasted. The dealership was on the phone to the shuttle car while I was in it, there's no excuse to make me sit in the lobby for a full half hour waiting for my car to come from the back side of the building! grrrrrrr. More
an improved experience I was fortunate to buy my vehicle here at dueck on marine about 6 years ago a 2008 Chevy Silverado. For the service over 6 years has been really fair sometimes it's been slow but usually quick. over the last year and a half I've noticed the staff have become more professional and the service area has become quieter and more organized. Excellence everytime My company has used dueck many years. We bought have our delivery business fleet services here regularly. The staff are friendly and professional. when I have a problem I just come in and they scope out the problem and solve it quickly, sometimes in just 20 minutes. I'm very satisfied. Usually it takes 2 hours just for an oil change and here it is about half of that. More

Duecks, I have bought a car from you before and was not impressed with your service or your sales staff until now. I never thought I would do business with you guys again after the last clown I dealt with. impressed with your service or your sales staff until now. I never thought I would do business with you guys again after the last clown I dealt with. I had a call from Virginia Marshall representing you guys. She noticed I had been spending some money down in service there. She called me in and showed me how to get into a new car and why it was more cost effective. Virginia is far from what 'we' think car sales people are. Yes she sold me a new 2014 Cruze, but I was happy I parted with the cash. Now thats impressive sales. Dueck management should pay attention to how she handles customers. If you are in the market for a car, skip the others and call Virginia here. My experience was 10/10! I know Dueck reviews are bad, and I could see why from the past. But Virginia somehow has managed to put right all of the wrongs. I still wont buy another car from Duecks unless Virginia is selling it, but after she took me around your service and introduced me to the boys who would be working in my car, I am more confident in your operation now. More
Do not under any circumstances get your car to get serviced at this place. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. They screamed at me, gave us information that was fradulent, ri serviced at this place. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life.
