I phoned Dams Ford on the Langley Bypass today to see about getting my 2005 Ford F 350 into the shop to have the toe in on the vehicle adjusted to factory specs. I have just installed all new tires and inspected all steering components for wear. I had found that the passenger side tie rod end has some play in it and changed it out. I was shocked to hear the response from the customer service rep when I tried to make an appointment, "Your vehicle is over 10 years old, we don’t work on them". She then gave me a name of a shop close to them. In other words, we sold you the vehicle and we don’t want to see you again. The basic response from the dealership was “Sex & Travel”! Not impressed! Went to the parts department yesterday. 4 workers. Nobody in line. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes. People went on breaks. When helped the worker did not want to get out of his ch 4 workers. Horrible experience with Dams. Tal Power (finance) put through a loan fraudulently on a car we never even saw and we’re still paying the price on our credit.
