I’ve been paying for the car and then I lost my job due to a disability according to the disability form and you guys should be double checking this because I did not work 20 weeks prior to the date of purchase I am not qualified for disability payments even though I’ve worked 2 1/2 years never missed a payment or anything so I would double check your finances and make sure you qualify if you are with first Canadian insurance company. As this was never asked of me when I purchased my car and purchased the Insurance. And when I needed it, the most it is not available. So the finance department at Nissan Crown Nissan, which was Christina did not do her due diligence and did not look into what was needed. she just sold the product and did not care. It was more money for her financing. I got $2300 applied to the loan but the last 2 1/2 years of interest for that 2300 is my loss. and when I try to call the dealership I continuously get hung up on and I don’t even get to talk to Christine. Bought a rogue in October and the adaptive cruise does not work. Has not worked once since we got it. Shuts off after 5 minutes and says front crash sensor. Sometimes comes back on for 2 minutes and t not work. Has not worked once since we got it. Shuts off after 5 minutes and says front crash sensor. Sometimes comes back on for 2 minutes and then off no matter the road conditions. Took it in for service at Crown Nissan. Service Manager said they found out it is a Manitoba Saskatchewan problem according to @nissancanada that it is too flat for cruise control to work. We were told by @crownnissan to read the manual and that we should turn off the adaptive cruise control if we want to use cruise control. Meanwhile we have not driven in Saskatchewan and it has not worked in Manitoba, Ontario, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin. Heat fan also does not come on unless you turn it off and on. Again was told the car must be at 21 if set to 21 for the fan to work. Then why does it come on when you turn it off and on? Nissan Connect app was set up for the wrong VIN number and took 2 months get resolved. Save your money and don’t buy a Nissan. First experience at @crownnissan service department was one of the worst we have ever had. More
I was having a terrible Monday morning that ended by dropping my keys between the seat and the consul. I could not get them out. So, I stopped by the service department - no appointment - and was met dropping my keys between the seat and the consul. I could not get them out. So, I stopped by the service department - no appointment - and was met by Russ. He helped me immediately, ensured I had a cup of coffee and 20 minutes later I had my keys in hand. Russ was professional, friendly, courteous. His very positive service response turned my whole day around. It made me wish I had more business to do there. Thank you! More
