My Review of Crown Honda :
I was impressed with the overall experience. I researched the type of car I was looking for and saw it on-line, I booked a test drive late that night. An e-mail was sent back to me that same night confirming the appointment. A follow-up phone call was made the following day confirming the car was available. Before meeting David, I had been talking with Kabier and Kevin.

Once I arrived to view the car of interest, the staff was very receptive. David and I took the car of interest for a test drive. He was very good at being not a "salesman" but a person who was interested in knowing what I was looking for, example below.

One of the colours of a car that I was interested in was black, but David discussed with me why I shouldn't get a black car. An everyday salesperson would have agreed and try to find one for me (and one was ready to do so at a different dealership), but David listened to me, and pointed out that the care of a black car would not fit in with my Family Life. A small detail, but someone was looking out for me.

First time buying a Honda - they treated us wonderfully - no questions were to much and John answered all questions fully. The car was explained completely for which I was grateful as there are more bells and whistles on it that I was used to. The financing was a breeze with Jack and confirmation almost instantly. Jack also explained the extra that could be purchased to protect the vehicle. We will absolutely return to this dealership should we want or need another vehicle. I love my Honda!!

My Review of Crown Honda :
Kevin Galacia spent an entire 7 hours with me, assuring that we did whatever we could to meet my financial budget, to get the best value for my trade-in, to go over every detail and feature of the vehicles, allowing time for questions, and even went so far as to give me a snack from his own personal lunch. He did not pressure me at any time throughout our meeting, not did he rush me, or leave out any details. He was so thorough and patient, kind and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. I put a rush on the vehicle as I wanted to take it home immediately and they did whatever they could to make it happen. Jack Reves was also very quick, thorough and helpful in answering any and all financial questions I had, and even took it upon himself to take the old floor mats out of my trade-in and brought them to the shop to have them washed and dried, then put them in my new car for me. I left the dealership with the biggest smile on my face, and couldn't be happier with my new purchase.

My Review of Crown Honda :
Henry was great to deal with! He knew the car inside and out, and he was very familiar with the competitors cars as well. When I mentioned that I was considering other cars he was able to tell me about their strengths and weaknesses. I was able to keep them in mind as I was doing other test drives and it made the decision to buy another Honda an easy one. I never had an issue getting in touch with Henry as he gave me his cell phone number right off the bat. Not having to play phone tag helped to make the experience that much better.

I love that the dealership has all of the power sports products in the showroom as well. I was able to dream about quads and bikes while dealing on a new car.

I will definitely be back!

After visiting multiple dealerships in search for a used car it was Henry's knowledge and expertise that influenced the purchase of a new car. We had visited a couple of competing dealerships after visiting crown honda,and Henry. It seemed no matter how friendly and knowledgable the salespeople were at the other dealerships, that we could not get over the pleasant experience we had in meeting Henry at the Crown Honda store. We feel he went above and beyond in making us feel that we were going to be taken care of, and making this car buying experience a pleasureable one. Thanks Henry (R. Lulu)

I have known Henry for a very long time and to be specific the reason I dealt with Crown is Henry. I am a disabled person and my vehicle requires hand controls Henry on his own time took the vehicle in to have the controls installed. I have had no hesitation to reccomend Henry to anyone. In my opinion customer service like Henry provides is extremely rare and Crown Honda is incredibly lucky to have such a person in their employ.

My Review of Crown Honda :
We walked into the Dealership feeling a bit nervous, as is probably normal. Henry made us feel at ease right away ! We said we could afford about $150.00 bi-weekly and the car that he showed us was just under that. We took it for a test drive and were very impressed with the car. We went back to talk with him and he gave us all of the information that we asked for and was very honest with us. That makes a great salesman ! No one wants to be told a bunch of crap that isn't true and an honest salesman is a good salesman ! He made sure everything was checked out thoroughly and that was very important to us. We will have our Grandchildren in that car, so it has to be safe and reliable ! Henry assured us of that. He also assured us that anything that is under warranty would be checked out before we picked up the car. He went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase. We are looking forward to driving our "new" car !
