I would give the winnipeg crown honda dealership such a high rating because of the friendly professional sales staff that made us feel comfortable right away. I knew what i wanted right when i came in and the sales staff helped cater to the options I had given them and found a car that was most suitable. as the finances were being set up everything was laid out clearly for us and we were even given a minute to ourselves to decide what final decisions we wanted to make. overall everyone was very easy to get along with and made my experience an enjoyable one and one i will never forget!

As soon as I walked inside the dealership and Fabian approached me introducing himself I felt like I was being listened and I was his first priority. I was interested in Honda but unsure about which options and features I needed or wanted. He treated me as if I was his friend, answered all my questions and with his knowledge of Honda products he was able to educate me and help me understand all I needed to know. After the test drive I knew that Honda was definitely the car I would buy. Fabian went above and beyond throughout the whole selling process. I highly recommend Crown Honda and Fabian in particular.

Really good experience with this dealership.Employees were really nice and not pushy.Michelle Maidment took care of us and showed us exactely what we came for.We ame for a pre-ownedcar and found what we wanted.
The only delail I didn't like : Fuel was below half when we took the car. I know that gas is really expensive nowdays but come on, they could fill her up before delivery.
But again, really good experience overall.

Both Jack and Fabian went above and beyond to provide an excellent service with enthusiasm. Overall, they have effectively delivered pieces of advice which was perfectly tailored for me. I guess the skills these gentlemen have could always make prospects into buyers. I was absolutely happy with the service they provided. Excellent sales behaviors. Crown Honda is really a great company. Verfy friendly and professional. They may have screwed up with regards to my financial requirements but they work on it and then everything went smoothly. Kevin is a gret guy. I will recommend that you look for him if you come by and visit. He might be a little too busy since a lot of buyers are looking for him especially Filipinos. Over-all 2 thumbs-up for the company.

I had an Excellent experienced with this dealership company. All the staff were very friendly from the management team to ranks. Mr. Kevin Galicia and Jack Reves were very accommodating, very patient and helpful and they exceed my expectations as a customer. These people know the meaning of real customer service. I had an excellent experience buying a brand new Honda Civic SI from Michelle. She's dynamic, thoughtful and she listens to what the customer wants. I have "never" enjoyed car shopping- until this experience. I would heartily recommend Crown Honda and Michelle.

When I bought my car I asked the sales rep about previous damage. His response was that the Honda certified program meant the history was clean. I later came to find that this vehicle had been in an accident with over $13000 in damage. When confronted with the situation the response is that the vehicle passed the visual inspections so was able to qualify. Be careful with this dealer. Honesty is not part of their business.

My husband and I got into a car accident (not our fault). We are still recovering from our whiplash injuries, going to our 2-3x a week physio treatments and managing our neck, upper back, shoulder etc pains while having to deal with replacing our 2008 Equinox. I have spent countless hours searching for our future SUV through the web. My husband and I went first to GMC dealer near our place but not fully satisfied. I called Honda and spoke to Joemel. This guy is funny when I told him that I am scouting and calling dealers and currently thinking of comparing Highlander with Pilot. He said "you would not want to check out the Highlander after you have seen our Pilot". So got me thinking. I made an appointment with Toyota first before the Honda, just in case he is right. We test drive both SUV on same day. Our family (my husband and 3 kids) fell in love with the Pilot. Joemel and Jack were very accommodating, gave excellent service. Because of that wonderful experience, Crown Honda is an excellent dealer.
