You can feel that things just aren't right since people only stay there for a few months, then leave. No pressure, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My wife and I went in to look at the 2015 Genesis in early June. The price on a new model was not in our budget, however the staff were very friendly My wife and I went in to look at the 2015 Genesis in early June. The price on a new model was not in our budget, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. Move forward to january 2016. We found a used genesis 2015 in the luxury package which was very well priced. This time, the price and payments were almost attainable. The dealership offered us ways of making ends meet and we eventually purchased the vehicle. There was zero pressure and the atmosphere was very friendly. Justin our sales guy was great. He had the vehicle ready the day we came in to look and he remembered us from 7 months before. The vehicle, the warranty and the services were nothing short of excellent. We have purchased many American vehicles before and what we found was a fresh way of doing business with a dealership. No haggling, both Justin and the Manager were up front and not "slimy" as many dealerships are. I hope this new vehicle makes us as happy as our last and I hope the service department is as great as the sales department. Overall, I would tell my grand mother to shop there and feel confident that she would be taken care of. Justin and the rest of the staff, thank you for making our purchase a great experience. We looked at the Honda CRV, Toyota Rav, Kia Sportage but found the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe to be the most comfortable and quiet vehicle. Justin Walter was very patient, knowledgeable and professional with dealing with all our inquiries and made our experience a very positive one. Damien Poitras was our first contact at Crowfoot, and he gave us a detailed review of the Hyundai product we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and as he is a sales manager, he referred us to a sales rep, Marleau Dixon, to go over the vehicles in more detail and help us fine tune our needs and select a vehicle most suited to us. Marleau was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was patient through the process, even when we changed our mind to a different vehicle partway through our dealings. She was not aggressive and gave us the time we needed to make the decision we were comfortable with. Marleau was excellent showing us all of the features of our new Sante Fe Sport. The Crowfoot Hyundai dealership was very good to work with, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. More

Helpful and patient I was looking for a more fuel efficient option rather than my 2011 Toyota Tacoma. I ended up getting a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon and I am loving it. I start I was looking for a more fuel efficient option rather than my 2011 Toyota Tacoma. I ended up getting a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon and I am loving it. I started the process to get a different vehicle in the middle of November. I tried out the Tuscon (along with a Nissan Rogue and Mazda CX-5). Tuscon drove better. Even better than that was the service I received. Justin had helped my sister and her husband get their vehicles. He showed me a Limited Tuscon, which I will definitely get in a few years. I did get approved for the Premium. I greatly applaud the patience of Justin, Mark, and Harrison. My work situation had made it more difficult to get a new vehicle, but they were able to get me into a very nice ride. To be honest, Justin has the patience of a saint. I dragged my heals for a couple weeks to make a decision. When I test drove a Tuscon a second time, then sat down in a new Tuscon I knew that vehicle was for me. What made that even sweeter was that they had the vehicle ready the next evening for me to pick it up. I'm definitely going back to Crowfoot Hyundai again for my service and next vehicle! More

Excellent Service. This was my first new car purchase. My dad and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and almost immediately after that we were approached This was my first new car purchase. My dad and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and almost immediately after that we were approached by Cody Smith. Once Cody found out it was me and not my dad was purchasing the car, he did what no other sales person at any other dealership had done up to that point. He turned his attention to me. He addressed me, not my dad through out the entire process. He asked very good leading questions and suggested a vehicle that fit my needs perfectly, including staying within my budget. From the moment we walked in to the night I drove away with my new car Cody very thorough in explaining things to me, and was knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He even did the final walk through with me since the service department was closed when I went to pick up my car. He's also followed-up several times to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase, which I'm happy to say I am. The whole experience was great. I love my new car, but it was my experience with the staff that really sold me. I'd definitely buy from Crowfoot Hyundai again, I have and will continue to recommend them to others. More
