Good dealership, remedied issues encountered I had an issue with purchasing an incorrect vehicle through the dealership. They remedied the issue and were good to deal with. Rob McNeil was my most recent salesman, who was excellent to deal with. He helped me with all issues and concerns and continues to ensure my purchase is up to my requirements. With the issues encountered, I dealt with Mike Menane (Sales Manager) who was also a good contact to deal with. With the issues I had initially encountered, Lanette Andreas was excellent to deal with on the Finance side of everything. They all respond to e-mails and calls in a timely manner and tried to ensure customer satisfaction. The only outstanding issue was over the course of purchasing the wrong vehicle and having it exchanged for the right one, I was not able to get 0% financing which I was able to get on the incorrect vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with Rob if you have the choice and opportunity. More

Excellent Sale and Delivery Did a deal with Mike via email, while on holidays. Went very well under the circumstances and I really appreciated the process and timeliness. Dealt with Marc for finance and post delivery. Issues with the deal we made for 3M. Misleading on what would areas of the body would have 3M applied. Was told fenders were to be done, and he encouraged me to take this option, as the fenders on this truck flared out. When I showed up, only the first few inches of the fender flare (at the front of the truck only) were done, as those were considered the high impact areas. Plus, mirrors were to be done. Turns out, mirrors were chrome and thus couldn't be done. Marc said to call him a couple days later, and he could see what could be done in place of the mirrors. Nothing as it relates to the fender flares. A few days after deliver, I had an additional payment from my trade taken out of my account. That's not a problem as the deal was done close to my normal withdrawal date. Obviously not Marc's fault. But, no response from him after 2 emails to just let me know who owes me the over payment. More

While they couldn't provide me with one, it was explained to me when I could get one and why. April was very courteous on the phone and I felt she was sincere when she couldn't help me more with a loaner. She maintained the same demeanor through all subsequent phone calls. When I got the repair work completed, April and Alex were there to help explain what the problem was and how it differed from similar work I had done recently at another dealership. Would strongly recommend this dealership to others and will likely go back here in the future. More

Worst Technicians Ever!!!!! Back in February of this year, my check engine light went on and I brought my car into Courtesy Chrysler to see what the issue was. They found out tha Back in February of this year, my check engine light went on and I brought my car into Courtesy Chrysler to see what the issue was. They found out that there was a leak from my transmission cap. After doing a full car inspection at the same time, they let me know that my breaks needed to be replaced and all my fluids needed filling. They were able to finish all of the needed requirements in one day, but I wish they would have taken their time doing it. During the next week I noticed a pool of liquid forming under my car. For the entire week, the cap that they just recently replaced a week earlier, had leaked all over my drive way because they didn't install it properly. I returned it back to Courtesy Chrysler to fix the problem. One week later the breaks that they just installed started to grind while breaking and the transmission cap that they replaced for the second time had been installed improper AGAIN! It started leaking on my drive way for the second time in two weeks. I went back to them for the third time to fix the same problem that I original brought it in for. They replaced the breaks and the cap again for the third time. It seemed good for a while, until one month later when the check engine light went on again. I brought it back to them again as I assumed it was going to be the same problem again. This time it was ESIM switch. I replaced it. Then 6 months later my check engine light went on again, I brought it back to them now for the 5th time. And found out that the ESIM switch that they replaced 5 months earlier was done improper and that they needed to fix it again. I would have had no problem coming and getting everything fixed by them if, I didn't have to come back multiply times for them to fix the same issues over and over again because they can't put the parts on properly the first time. Very unsatisfied with the technicians and wouldn't recommend anyone going there to fix any major problems with their cars, Unless you are willing to continuously drive back to fix the same problem multiple times again. More
