Enjoyable car shopping experience! I would rarely put the words "enjoyable" and "car shopping" in the same sentence, but in this case I'll make an exception. We were looking for an SUV I would rarely put the words "enjoyable" and "car shopping" in the same sentence, but in this case I'll make an exception. We were looking for an SUV and Vince showed us the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. So far we are very happy with it. No pressure tactics from anyone (Vince, Glenn or Lanette). Vince was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Glenn gave us a great deal. Lanette should be given a medal... she was suffering from some allergies but still stayed late to help with the vehicle pickup process and final paperwork. All in all, a very pleasant experience and we felt everyone at the dealership genuinely cared. More

Steve asked what Courtesy said they would do for me and delivered anyways. Had the vehicle back and in my hands within the time they originally said they would despite the booking error.
