We purchased our new vehicle in the middle of a snowstorm which meant extra time at the dealership with paperwork and insurance. The test drive went off smoothly and I was pleased with the trade in offer on my 04 Rav 4. It took quite a while to hear about the offers for extended warranty and service plan but the red tape was finally done and I drove off happily in my new red Mazda.
