Went into the dealership three times personally and still couldn't get what they committed during the purchase completed. Rob finally called me back after multiple attempts and messages with the front desk and his cell phone. If you decide to purchase a car from here, I would suggest you get everything you ask for prior to signing the purchase paperwork. I love VW cars. The next one I purchase I will drive to Langley to buy it. More

He was knowledgeable and passionate about the product and even went so far as to come in on his day off to deliver the car. This is the second opportunity I have had to deal with Bill (Sales Manager) and both times I have found him to be personable and friendly. The transaction with Bill was professional but relaxed and at no time did I feel any pressure to 'make the deal'.
