Disappointing Experience! I recently had an experience at Chilliwack Volkswagen that left me quite dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. While I understand that every transaction may have its challenges, my overall impression was far from positive. Firstly, the pricing negotiation process was rather disheartening. The initial monthly financing quote of CAD$280 underwent several changes, reaching CAD$390 (I was informed of several different values for the same financed amount and monthly terms). Such significant variations in a short period raised questions about transparency and consistency. Moreover, the transition from my 2007 car to the 2018 model I purchased was not seamless. Despite providing my previous vehicle with its Owner's Manual, Secondary Key, and comprehensive maintenance records, I was disappointed to receive the new car without an owner's guide and secondary key. This oversight was only communicated to me after the purchase, and the resolution offered—"This car doesn't have it. I can't do anything"—was not acceptable. I must highlight a concerning safety aspect as well. The tire repair kit (replacing the spare tire) has expired since 2022 and completely empty. Safety features are paramount in any vehicle, and this experience left me questioning the dealership's commitment to customer well-being. I attempted to address these issues with another salesperson, seeking assistance, but unfortunately, my concerns have yet to be adequately addressed even four days later. In contrast, a past experience with a different dealer demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction by promptly resolving a similar situation regarding an owner's guide. In conclusion, my experience at Chilliwack Volkswagen fell far short of my expectations, and I am compelled to share this feedback. I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive criticism and encourages improvements in customer service and transparency. I am determined to ensure that others are aware of the challenges I faced and will not be considering this dealer for any future purchases. More

Fortune was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful! I bought a preowned Audi S5 and then came back less than a year later to deal with Fortune again as my wife bought a new VW Tiguan. Just bought a VW from them, would recommend the sales process again! Rana, Ryan and Brayden were our go to guys we were very taken care of with them! The service department is a whole different story. My car was brought in three different scheduled days - two solid 8 hour work days my car was not moved or worked on at all. I scheduled ANOTHER appt brought it in a third time and it took a day and half leaving us with a loaner vehicle and we had to cancel a trip we had planned in order to go swap the loaner vehicle for our vehicle and two of the three services it was booked for were STILL not complete. They sold us a filthy car which is all good, a detail was one of the services they were going to complete yet it wasn’t done at all. I guess I am now left cleaning my new vehicle. More
