She was able to answer most questions I asked and went to find others who would have the information I required when she was unsure of an answer to one of my questions. Secondary services were reasonably priced although not the best price I found. The dealership matched the posted prices found at other service providers in the Calgary area. Delivery was well handled with the exception of a missed application of 3M protective film. The required 3M product was applied in about an hour after the deficit was pointed out to the delivery specialist. Overall quite pleased with the purchase experience including working with their financial people. More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a human, 'normal' experience buying a car. Paul, the kind senior sales fellow who continued to stay in touch with us throughout the process... Tyler M., who put up with our Stoney Trail test drive :D and endless questions ...Wes and Phil in Finance who allowed me to change my mind many times on the extended warranty... Carrie who put up with my 10 (literally) calls from the registry to get the plate :D..... and of course JIM who *made my day* with the most awesome, funny and clever car pickup EVER. (I'm bringing brownies back, really. And more cat jokes.) I look forward to coming back to say hi regularly when I come in for service. Honestly, you guys are as sincere and as much fun as the guys at the Ferrari dealership :D and for someone who has owned an exotic and really misses those guys.... it feels like I've found a new 'car home'. Awesome Dealership! I consider myself very lucky to have been partnered with salesman Lorne Shire (although I'm sure all the sales staff are amazing). Never did I feel a I consider myself very lucky to have been partnered with salesman Lorne Shire (although I'm sure all the sales staff are amazing). Never did I feel any pressure from Lorne, in fact he encouraged me to check out and do another test drive of another make of vehicle that I was considering. He was very patient with me as I struggled with what color vehicle I thought I wanted - he took me downstairs to see the RAV4 in the colors I was thinking of, then outside to see them in natural lighting (which make a big difference) and back downstairs again until I was sure of my choice. Phil in financing was thorough and efficient. And then there's Jim! Jim was the guy who took me downstairs and presented me with my shiny new RAV4 XLE and showed me how all the features work, programmed my phone for Bluetooth, put my licence plate on, etc, etc. Jim was so much fun with his cheesy jokes, it was a pleasure to spend time with him. I was even told that I will be invited back for a 1 hour "Get to know your RAV4" session with a mechanic. How many dealerships do that?? From start to finish, Charlesglen Toyota looks after you! More
Purchase of a new to me Venza I needed a replacement for my 2011 Venza and was lucky enough to have Sean Nixon as my sales adviser. We made a check list of my requirements includin I needed a replacement for my 2011 Venza and was lucky enough to have Sean Nixon as my sales adviser. We made a check list of my requirements including budget and then worked our way through the new car lists. There was nothing that was an exact match but Sean suggested we look at a used but newer then my current Venza as I have been very pleased with my old one. He found me one that met all the things I was looking for and I have been very happy dring the new Venza for the last 6 monts or so. More
