A couple of days ago, my car battery failed and wouldn't start after I got gas at my local station. They jumped the battery for me there and I then drove directly to Charlesglen Toyota to ask what to do. start after I got gas at my local station. It was late in the afternoon, but Mark at the Service desk said I should drive for a half hour at highway speed and come back before 6pm, and that he would be happy to quickly test the battery for me when I got back, and would give me further advice. To my relief, it all worked out well. Mark was very reassuring in his manner, and I appreciated his kindness.
