Attila met with me and listened to my needs in a reliable vehicle. I was shown 2 vehicles and within minutes we purchased our second vehicle from AutoPark Superstore. The bonus was that we were able to extend the warranty of our new vehicle. Full disclosure, fair pricing, no sales pressure, and especially the time given with my queries and concerns are some of the reasons for our purchasing a 2nd time from AutoPark Superstore. I usually dread a purchase of a vehicle without my husband but, at AutoPark this is no longer a worry for me. My husband and I both thank you for such customer driven service in a time when the system of things does not always offer such quality service and care. excellent service all around!!! We came from Cambridge to see a Mazda 5 and we were met by John as soon as we arrived. He showed us the vehicle, gave us a rundown on it, with no sugar coating and a totally down to earth attitude and away we went for our test drive!!! My husband and I were given the time to talk about the purchase while we walked around the lot. We agreed to purchase it. We can back in and got to work right away with John on the paperwork. Then it was time for Pat. And what an awesome financial person to have working for you!!! He explain every detail in detail!!! Explained all our options. I did not have to negotiate as the price you see is the price you get. AutoPark did everything that they said, and when I picked up my vehicle yesterday, they surprised me with 4 brand new tires.
