Most other reps would have labelled me a tire kicker....but not Ken. Told him what I was looking for and what trade I had. We spent 30 minutes together, I then left the dealership to continue my little journey with mother-in-law in tow and came back at 5pm, put a deal together and was home in Mississauga by 7pm. Everyone at the dealership....from ownership to sales manager to sales rep to business manager were all very professional and most important not pushy....not a typical used car dealership. Would and will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks to Auto Park Niagara!! More

I also dealt with Pat Gaetano who, in my opinion was the consumate professional , helpful and friendly in every way. After taking possession of my car, I changed my mind and wanted to purchase the first car I fell in love with, even though there were a couple of issues I was not completely comfortable with. I called Amber and she was very helpful about the trade, she didn't make me feel uncomfortable about my decision, and was willing to help me in any way she could to make me happy. Upon speaking to Pat regarding this trade, I started second guessing my decision to trade vehicles, but I was given every opportunity to take my time and be sure of what I wanted to do. I finally decided to keep the original vehicle and all was well in my world. I love my new car, and think the staff of Autopark Niagara are awesome. We took our truck and a few others out for a test drive and NIagara Autopark made that experience very simple and pleasant. Escapiing for once! What a surprise! Sunny summer Sunday and needed a vehicle for new trailer purchased. Took my spouse to see what a Ford Escape might look like. Guess w What a surprise! Loved the no dickering part as we are not good at it but the price was good with all we had looked at.
