Amazing Experience I have nothing but good to say about this dealership. As I was buying my first car they made it so extremely easy. My sister had been screwed over pre I have nothing but good to say about this dealership. As I was buying my first car they made it so extremely easy. My sister had been screwed over previously at a different dealership so I was hesitant on going through a dealership with the finance part of the deal. But Ryan and Sara both reassured me and Tylor took me through step by step. They made sure that I got the right car for me and wouldn't stop helping me till I did. I'm so happy with my purchase! More

Did not honor price posted on their Internet ad Went to buy a Honda Odyssey van after seeing their ad on Kijiji priced at 10998.00. After test drive when I started talk about the price they were say Went to buy a Honda Odyssey van after seeing their ad on Kijiji priced at 10998.00. After test drive when I started talk about the price they were saying the price was 12000.00. When I showed them their price on Kijiji they refused to honor saying it was a mistake. I also showed them price on the tag they left inside the van which showed the same price as on Kijiji. Even their sales manager refused to honor that and his his attitude was rather arrogant. His response was literally like "I don't care what price was there, you either pay 12000 or leave it"! I ended up paying 13000 which was more than the indicated price on condition they corrected the wheel alignment, which they actually never did. I found business ethics and courtesy sorely missing in this deal More

Follow up Originally I posted a bad review due to poor follow up on promises made on the purchase of a new vehicle. Since then the problems have been resolved. I still do not think the original salesman is good at his job but hopefully they use this chance to coach him to be better. I am impressed with how fast the manager called to resolve this issue. More
