Horrible, liars, manipulative and unprofessional Horrible experience.. highly unprofessional and rude guys including the manager.. cheap pressure games to close the deal immediately at higher price! Horrible experience.. highly unprofessional and rude guys including the manager.. cheap pressure games to close the deal immediately at higher price!! i was dealing with Naveed who was giving incomplete information and was playing pressure game to close the deal same day at higher price.. he was asking me to give my credit card detail right away to block $2.5k which i refused and then he was saying that "we have wasted his time".. this is pathetic.. ofcourse all this was happening with full knowledge and consent of the manager.. they will pretend that they want to make you happy and want your business but actually they want to cheat you and make their profit.. Next day Naveed called me along with the manager who again was asking for my credit card detail over phone while i was driving.. seriously..? Stop these pressure game guys.. I finally purchased new Rav4 from Heninger and it was such a peaceful deal.. Guys, Never buy anything or get maintenance from these guys ... WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !! You just cant trust these guys.. !! More
