Looking to flip cars and make quick profit. I was sold a car with an 8 year of car battery. 3 weeks after my purchase the car they sold me wouldn’t start. I reached out the salesman, he just st I was sold a car with an 8 year of car battery. 3 weeks after my purchase the car they sold me wouldn’t start. I reached out the salesman, he just stated that everything passed the inspection. However I was stranded on the street and ended up getting my car towed to get the battery replaced. Then two weeks later the headlights go out on this car… it was problem on top of another problem. Lastly they sold me the car with only one working remote. Chris, the salesman, promised me to replace the battery. I’ve followed up twice now and I still have a dead key fob. I find this place wildly unprofessional and irresponsible. More

Purchased a new escape PHEV in September and found the dealership to be totally disorganized. No greeting upon entry. No one there to greet me upon exiting with my purchase. The rep misquoted the do dealership to be totally disorganized. No greeting upon entry. No one there to greet me upon exiting with my purchase. The rep misquoted the dollar amount, but said they would swallow the mistake. The Mgr of finance set the appointment but did not show to receive my funds. The car was represented as new but actually had 161 klm on it. The vehicle was poorly demonstrated as to all the controls and workings. The General manager followed up with me but gave me no satisfaction. More

I just bought a Volvo XC40 from Cam Clark Ford @ Richmond Auto mall. The staff over there is more than helpful. Especially the sales man Harry Bhatia. I was so lucky to have this young man help me find the Auto mall. The staff over there is more than helpful. Especially the sales man Harry Bhatia. I was so lucky to have this young man help me find the right car for me. He is so friendly, extremely patient and with his smile on his face he answered all my questions. Called from out of town asking about a vehicle advertised at $43890 on the internet (MSRP). Price quoted over the phone was $49890! Not sure if that is even legal? Certainly not ethical! Could not get an ex at $43890 on the internet (MSRP). Price quoted over the phone was $49890! Not sure if that is even legal? Certainly not ethical! Could not get an exact price “Have to talk to my Manager” kept saying. Asked if we could put a deposit on it until we made a deal and was told any deposit was “non-refundable”. Was also told that if purchased the vehicle MUST be picked up by month end. Then was told there was a “delivery hold” on the vehicle and it could not be released until a recall from Ford had been addressed - seems when the boxliner was sprayed in the box drain holes were drilled out and possible holes drilled into the gas tanks! Okay - can’t get a firm price, can’t put a deposit down on the vehicle and can’t get it due to the recall? Looked on the net the next day and the advertisement said “sale pending” - called the dealership and they said it literally sold 1/2 hour before offering to put a deposit down on it. 2 days later the advertisement was still up. Had a friend inquire about the vehicle and they said we just sold it this morning! xxx. Not sure what these guys are up to but better think twice before dealing with them. More
