It has been the worst buying experience, ever. Purchased 2017 Tuscon, drove it 5 days, and has been in their service department ever since. It was not disclosed to us at time of purchase that the Purchased 2017 Tuscon, drove it 5 days, and has been in their service department ever since. It was not disclosed to us at time of purchase that the vehicle with only 45000km had a new engine. Looks like it needs another new engine. Calgary Hyundai did first engine repair. Simply asked for our money back and wad told "it is not possible". We have lost confidence in the vehicle. Do not buy your new, or used vehicle from Calgary Hyundai. More
I Purchase my used 2019 Rav4 from gino colangeli in january 2022. I saw the vehicle on market place.Gino's service was amazing. We agreed to a price that i was happy. Marco ventura the finance manager promised me,that i can comeback in 6 months and he will get my interest rate reduced! Based on this "promise", I agreed to buy the Rav4 in June 2022 i called marco several times, no response. I emailed him. on vacation twice.I tried to contact gino, but i was told he no longer worked at calgary hyundai! I was finally able to meet the (sales manager) I showed her that the contract and bill of sale.was never explained of a $3500 warranty.Toyota has a 100,000 km warranty! i was charged $2400 for credit insurance was never explained what it was?Nobody gave me and askin me any paper work showing me what i paid for.My elder brother found a AB PDI Charge.I Bought a used 2019 Rav4, The PDI would be done if the vehicle was NEW! I was told "THE PDI WAS MANDATORY".This was never explained to me when i bought the rav4! I Contacted AMVIC, I will never buy or tell people to to purchase a vehicle from calgary hyundai! More
DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Calgary Hyundai. My personal experience dealing with Amez, Sunny and Steve was horrible. Just received our Kona N line which was ordered three months ago. It is an excellent car and really worth the waiting. We also received great services from sales team Steve, Grayson, financial manager Ki months ago. It is an excellent car and really worth the waiting. Got my new Tucson on March 23 am very happy with the car. The only downside was that I’d ordered the car on October 25 2021 and it took 5 months for me to receive it. I understand there is a chip shortage but it seems there was a communication problem with Hyundai Canada. On the good side was dealing with my salesman Deepanshu Mahajan on the original sale. I knew what I was looking for and it took about an hour from when I walked in to the dealership to when I signed the sales agreement. Special thanks to Marco Ventura Finance Manager who went above and beyond to make up all the frustration I went through with the changing delivery date. Also thanks to Gurveer Kooner who went through the systems on my Tucson and helped get my phone sync with the entertainment system. L More
