Even though the shifter unit itself was in short supply, Cadillac Concierge Juan Orozco made arrangements to get one delivered overnight and Service Manager Shane Maginnis had it installed promptly, first thing the next morning. In particular, I'd like to thank Shane for his outstanding service. My vehicle is running perfectly again and what could have become a very upsetting situation was quickly turned into one of the most positive customer experiences I've ever encountered. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Budds'... outstanding service with a complete focus on customer satisfaction. After having had an excellent purchase experience with Basil Silas and outstanding after-sales follow-up from Paul Stewart, I had already formed the opinion that the the staff at Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is the best I've dealt with in a long history of owning GM vehicles. They gave me a good price for the vehicle I traded in. I drove from Windsor to look at the vehicle and they had it ready to drive when I arrived. Everything was well organized and no time was wasted. When I picked the car up it was clean and ready to go. So far no major surprises with the car and I've driven it pretty hard on a couple occasions. Just Good this go round Budds is the only place I service my vehicle. Excellent until the last visit. 'Went in for regular service and to swap my tires for winter. $230 for the tire swap!! I gasped but was told that they are big, 22" tires and that the prices had gone up in the last year. I said they are 20" but the convo went on and I paid the bill. Grabbed the keys and went out to find a dirty truck :( Normally it is run through the car wash which is one of the reasons I don't mind paying a bit of a premium for service. Checked the tire pressure before leaving and I had 3 @ 200kpa and 1 @ 250kpa. Not a big deal but the whole experience felt kind of meh. Arriving home I checked the newest invoice I could find (Mar 2018) which said I paid $110 to swap the tires. Quite an increase! On the current bill they did charge me for 22" tires yet documented my tires as 20". This explains the price diff. I called the next day and was issued a free oil change on my next visit. Not sure that covers the difference but it is close. I like Budds and will continue to get my truck serviced at their garage. 'Might get my tires swapped somewhere else tho.... More

Our experience was awesome at Budd's Cadillac. We dealt with Basil who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! We are very happy with our Cadillac XT4! This is my first time using Budd's Chevrolet and they did a great job. I had to get a safety recall done and from start to finish it was a great experience.
