We found one that we got very excited about, and we came very close to making a purchase, however, there s My wife and I went in to look at Cadillacs. We found one that we got very excited about, and we came very close to making a purchase, however, there seemed to be no desire on the salesperson's part to make the sale. He low-balled us on our trade, and made no offer on the sale price on the Cadillac. I have owned GM vehicles almost exclusively in my life, but this time I went elsewhere. Our salesperson was Basil Silas, whom we've dealt with many times in the past. I can't speak highly enough about Basil, he is very attentive, responsive, professional and has a wonderful sense of humour (always calls me on my birthday!) Shane Maginnis and Jim Treen from service are very good as well. Always quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. I briefly dealt with another dealership a few years ago and came running back to Budds'; there was no comparison in customer service. Keep up the great work Budds'!! More
