Good service advisor. Had a vehicle that required a lot of service work which I had anticipated beforehand. I dealt with Kurtis Fehr who was straight up with every issue my vehicle had and an explanation. Kurtis had a great handle on everything,...from customer service to explaining all details of work. He was prompt with every phone call he said he was going to make with me and kept me up to date on the repairs progress. I mean I dunno,...you spend lots of money you expect only one thing,...to have the time and patience of the dealership with questions or concerns and to feel respected. Kurtis was awesome. He did everything in his power to make me have a real enjoyable experience, if you can call it that when getting repairs, hah, I'm sure you know what I am getting at. However this system works pleasure ensure Kurtis is awarded some sort of praise for the way he conducts business and treats customers. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for quality treatment. Not to leave on a negative note but I did have to come back for a redo on a nut that came off of a flywheel on my engine. Wasn't anticipating that but I understand things may happen at times like that. Again Kurtis was there to help out immediately and get me up and going if not that day it was the next. That was exceptional. I mean maybe things lined up that conveniently that day but it wouldn't matter because Kurtis still had to put the wheels in motion to get it done. I hope most of your employees in the same or other positions put forth as solid an effort in their day to day workings as I feel Kurtis does. Joey More

I have been dealing with them for roughly 2 months now and I have been given three different pick up dates which they never saw through. I am really running out of patience because they actually wait for me to phone them on the promised pick up date to break the news to me. Ordering one part or the other is the excuse they've always used which I think is a lie!!! I do not recommend the body shop for anyone. More

Repair of Faulty Instrument Warning Message I brought the vehicle in for service at 7:30 am. The service department diagnosed the problem and were able to source a replacement part as they did n I brought the vehicle in for service at 7:30 am. The service department diagnosed the problem and were able to source a replacement part as they did not have one in their invertory. They kept me informed as they worked to resolve the issue. At 3:42 pm I was contacted via telephone and advised that the repairs had been completed. They advised that the new switch assembly had been installed and tested to assure proper function. They advised that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Due to what I believe was not an ordinary service issue, I was very pleased with the speed with which the Bennet Dunlop service people resolved the issue with the faulty instrument warning message on our vehicle. In addition to resolving our service issue they also completed the regular oil, filter and lubrication servicing. More

Second time in to purchase a vehicle. After deciding on our 2 vehicles we wanted to buy, my husband and I felt alittle overwhelmed with the price and payments seeing it was over our budget. The next day our 2 vehicles we wanted to buy, my husband and I felt alittle overwhelmed with the price and payments seeing it was over our budget. The next day thinking we would be backing out of the deal We decided to talk to Bony. Bony went out of his way for us to find something I really liked and in out price range. I liked that he took us outside to look and let me tell him what I liked. Instead of having a salesmen drive one up to the door and saying this is about it we have in that price range. After talking with Bony a short time he started to figure out my style.... He showed me a car that wasn't even on the sales lot yet just on the sales board. And as soon as I seen the car... That was the one I wanted. He wanted to make sure it was the car for me.. He even took it to himself to make sure our kids has enough room in the back. When its time to buy again We will be asking for Bony. Ken in finance was also wonderful. He did everything to get our payments where we wanted them... And he explains everything to great detail. We walked out with all our questions answered and more.. Mike was also awesome. While waiting he would always check up on us to see if we needed anything.. You definitely get a nice feeling while in bennett.. They do business but they like to have fun also.. My mouth hurt from laughing and joking around with them.. I went into the dealership with my dad looking for a Ford Fusion. The one stipulation I had was that I wanted it to have a sunroof. He kept pushing a focus hatchback on me that was out of my price range even after I told him I wasn't interested. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Over the next couple of weeks, I received multiple calls and letters from him about purchasing a Ford Focus. I had replied saying I had purchased a car from their competitors and that I never wanted a Focus to begin with. The last time Chris called me, I had told him that I purchased a car from his comptitor, and that since he didn't listen to what I wanted at all, I would not be doing business with him in the future. He hung up on me mid sentence. This is completely unacceptable. It is unprofessional, rude and immature. More

As customer from out of town, I would have really appreciated a courtesy car to be able to do some errands, while I had a 7 hour wait for my car. I appreciate that for short term waits, it would not be appropriate to have this service in mind - but I really did waste my day sitting in your waiting area, all though it is quite a comfortable area. Used cars have no prices, sales people claim they don't know prices. Test drove a 2008 Ford Focus (average Blackbook used ask is 8700.00). We went to write the deal first offer from their deal manager was 15500.00 and I countered at 10000.00 (which I thought was fair based on average ask being 8700 based on blackbook) all in, he came back at 12500 all in.We walked. BE VERY CAREFULL when dealing with their used department they highly over inflate their used prices due to their warranties that are offered. Due your homework when dealing with these guys... More
