Very professional customer service. Just a small carelessness. An error message showed up in my brand new Audi Q3 . I was told that I have to make an appointment with the service department to have carelessness. An error message showed up in my brand new Audi Q3 . I was told that I have to make an appointment with the service department to have it taken off and that it might take one hour of waiting. Since it's the service department's careless mistake and it's only taking off an error message there's no need to do any examination why does it have to take one hour of my precious time? More

You know you are buying a quality Audi that has been thoroughly checked over and anything that doesn't meet CPO standards are fixed. We added an optional extended warranty for piece of mind and now have a near new (for us) Audi at a significant saving over purchasing new. This is the best balance between new and used. This is my family's second Audi CPO purchase in 2 years (Also own a 2015 A4 Allroad). We now own 2 Audi CPO vehicles. Well done Jerry Che, Mark Warsaba, Cory in Parts! More
