This is my third Kia from this dealership. Zora sold me my last one over 3 years ago and when I came in she remembered my full name, I couldn't believe it. My service was good through the whole process fro my last one over 3 years ago and when I came in she remembered my full name, I couldn't believe it. My service was good through the whole process from finding a car I liked that worked for me, through to the business office writing up the deal. No pressure or xx. Also, I have brought my other cars in for servicing and have never had a bad experience. Extremely bad customer service and communication skills. They are out for themselves. Took weeks for them to return phone calls, etc. Cancelled my deal due to unprofessionalism. This dealership is terrible. They absolutely are not looking out for there customers at all. They low balled me on my trade in vehicle so badly I had to just walk out.
