Our family have gone for a car shopping since the family vehicle's lease was almost over. After visiting 4 ~ 5 different auto dealers, We have decided to visit the Applewood Langley Kia. This was our very first visit to the applewood Kia and they treated us ilke VIP. Brad, the sales person was very kind and polite. Dave, the general manager was the most humble manager I've ever seen in any dealerships. They took every single question of ours and took enough time for us to understand every bit. This is one of very few dealership who does not force you to go up to the next trim of the vehicle. I wanted the base model and they had not a single question asking for an upgrade. (Normally, I always get this common phrase such as "well, with only $$$ more monthly payment, you will get this this this and this features) They met the price we were looking for. No hidden charges or what so ever. You get what you've been told. Oh, and I cannot forget to mention their facility. From the first visit, I was bit worried that my two boys (17 month and 3 years old) would give us hard time during the visit. However, they have a second floor where they have a room full of toys and books ! Who would have expected such a facility when visiting a dealership ? (It was air conditioned as well. ) It was a great experience and I would not hesitate a bit to recommend this dealership to any of my close friends. More

I brought a Nissan in 2008, shortly after that Kia came out with the new look of the SOUL. I have wanted to try one, as I had sent a friend a few years back to try one, I thought I would. I have bought cars before but never felt like the person really understood what I wanted. Zora arranged for me to have the Soul for 2 days. I actually had bought the Rio, came back the next day, and with the help of Dave traded the Rio for the Soul. I have never had a dealership be so kind, efficient, accommodating, and understanding as this one was. Would I go back, Absolutely! We were introduced to Salesman, Noel Morgan and found him very informative and helpful. We noticed that he didn't have a pushy attitude, just pleasant, helpful and with good suggestions. We also felt that the Sales Manager, Dave, was businesslike and again very pleasant to negotiate with and finalize the deal. After the car purchase we had the insurance papers dealt with and again, this insurance agent dealt with our insurance in a clear and professional manner and at no time did we feel rushed. The finance department also dealt with us in a professional manner and we were satisfied with that too! Lastly, I should also mention that the Reception area receptionist was also pleasant and nice to deal with. Always important to have a frontline person who is pleasant. Overall, the whole experience at this particular Dealership of Kia was so positive and we would definitely go there again when we need another vehicle and would recommend this Dealership to our friends and possible potential buyers. An altogether one of the most pleasant experiences of purchasing a vehicle which very often can be so stressful. There was certainly none of that at Applewood Motors. When i arrived at the dealership Noal greeted me and i told him what i was looking for. He quickly set me up on a test drive with a New Kia Sorento and explained why this would be the best vehicle for me. He seemed very knowledgeable with the product and i quickly fell in Love with it.! From that point i told him that i would like to know how much it was going to cost me a month,and how much he could get me for my car. I never imagined that i was actually going to be able to afford it.! He approached me with monthly payments that were very reasonable and the whole time he never pressured me at all... After i decided i wanted to go ahead with the sale he explained to me that my financing looked challenging and could take some time to work on.So they gave me one to drive for a few days while they got me approved and even then Noal kept in touch with me through the whole process. Thanks to Noal's hard work he got me the deal i wanted on the car that was right for me. I will be referring anyone that wants a Kia to him and to Applewood Kia in Langley. More
