I gave the best possible rating I could. and that is all because of Marco Banducci, he went way above the call of duty of a service Consultant. He was very caring, considerate and helpful, he made having your car being towed on a flatbed truck a positive experience. He kept me updated on the progress of my car on what seemed like an hourly basis. He personally delivered my car to me, and he in my humble opinion personifies customer service. I hope this young man is paid well, because as I see it he is worth his weight in gold. I will recommend Marco and Applewood Service care to everyone I know.

The dealer listened to my needs and located the vehicle that I was looking for within the budget requested. My experience was very positive, I would gladly recommend this dealer and dealership to friends/family without hesitation. My sales person was extremely professional and did not hesitate to provide her knowledge and feedback. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle within the next 2-3 years!

I discovered a leak, thinking it was rad fluid. My brother suggested I take the car in for service. Upon arriving I spoke with Marco and explained that my husband was in hospital across the city and I was in a hurry to get to him since he was having emergency surgery. Marco had the car looked at immediately and within 15 minutes came out and told me it was a transmission fluid leak. He said he didn't have the part and would have to source it. Knowing I was stessed, worried an tired he arranged for a leased car. This put me on the road to the hospital. Marco showed compassion and care, this was very much appreciated. The car was picked up the next day with no problem. It's nice to know people will go that extra distance to help, even thou they didn't have to.

Meet with friendly smile & attitude.Took care of the problem with my Car. Do not believe Rodent chewed through harness at the Rear ( no teeth marks) and both Broken off ( Right at the push in connector clips) believe the area where damage found is not protected by protection plate as anything can fly off the road and hit said area causeing this damage . Believe Rodents at the front of car under hood as can see scratching marks and removal of hood protector. Over all after repairing wires (cut back & new clips ) good job rechecked code reader and repaired faults. Thanks G.Sargent

From the moment I met Lilly, I knew she was the right sales person for me! I found her to be very honest, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the products she was selling! I never felt hurried or pressured into buying. Her style was the biggest reason I chose to purchase a custom build 2013 Chevy Cruze! She was meticulous in the entire order process to ensure that all the options I ordered would be secured in the transaction, and she also kept me informed all the way until the delivery was made! Congratulations on your extraordinary dealership! I want to take this opportunity to share my positive experience at Applewood with you.

I recently took delivery of a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ and my encounter with your team was exceptional. Applewood has certainly gone the distance is dispelling the myth about car salesmen.

This isn’t the first new vehicle I’ve purchased, yet I always seem to go into panic mode when I concentrate on such an expenditure and play ‘what if’, focusing on all sorts of scenarios that will likely never occur. I was also concerned with performance variations between Front Wheel Drive and All Wheel Drive vehicles, and all considerations were reviewed with me and your staff were patient as I reached my decision.

Over the few days it took me to take the plunge, Teo and Payam were tolerant of my questions, continued to provide support and assistance, and were knowledgeable and professional in our discussions.

Arriving at the dealership yesterday I was welcomed by Maxine and was overwhelmed by her collaboration in the transaction - that is one well-informed young lady! Your concept with Delivery Coordinators is to be commended and should be patented. Many times I have looked at knobs, buttons and gadgets and wondered what purpose they served. That will never be the case with my Equinox, as Maxine walked me step by step, knob by knob, option by option through every possible scenario and preference. I drove home last night with a comfort level as if I had been driving the vehicle for months.

Being a public servant I am well aware of the criticisms and censures we are all too often subjected to in customer service. Compliments and commendations aren’t as frequent so I’m always mindful to share my appreciation and would be remiss if I didn’t do so in this case.

Went in for an oil change and winter tire installation and to my surprise Applewood washed my car and gave me free car mats! All this done in a timely fashion. Always met with a smile there. Great job!

I recently decided to take the plunge and buy a Chevy Volt. This car, having new technology (a plug-in hybrid) was mysterious and and so I was a bit apprehensive at first. Barb Tate, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the car, very friendly and approachable, and made the whole experience a very positive one, which I have absolutely no regrets about. She demonstrated all the features of the car, and made the process easy.

I wish I could comment on Applewood's service, but in the few months I've owned my Volt, it has required nothing more than a tire rotation. This is a tremendous car, best I've owned in 40 years, and average fuel economy from new is 1.3 L/100 km (180 miles per gallon!). The car quality is matched by that of the dealership - great people to deal with, I recommend them highly.

I had never purchaed a car from a dealership before so I did not know what to expect when I entered Applewood. I was immediately approached by a staff member (Jim) and greeted in a friendly manner. I am very picky when it comes to cars but he helped me find the perfect car, my new Pontiac G5 GT Coupe. He explained all the financing steps and guided me to the appropriate sales associates to help set up my finances so I could purchase the vehicle. In just a few days, Jim was able to get my car ready for the road. The day I came to pick up my vehicle was just two days before my birthday. Jim was kind enough to surprise me with birthday balloons on my new car! I have never had such great service and was especially thankful since it was my first experience at a car dealership. I recommend Applewood to anyone interesting in buying a used car. You will receive great customer service, find a great car that suits you, and pay a reasonable price.
