My service writer was oblivious to my presence (too busy on his cell phone). My vehicle was scheduled for 7:30 AM and was the first in line. Upon arrival for service, the representative was busy on his cell phone and completely ignored my presence. After getting checked in, I was told that there were several vehicles ahead of me, even though I had a scheduled appointment time. The service rep seemed to be confused as to why that would be a problem for me and explained that even with an appointment, I should expect to wait at least 90 minutes. One good note, Jasmine was very helpful in making my wait more comfortable. More
