My service writer was oblivious to my presence (too busy on his cell phone). My vehicle was scheduled for 7:30 AM and was the first in line. I was supposed to get the complimentary oil change and a 30K serv on his cell phone). My vehicle was scheduled for 7:30 AM and was the first in line. Your technicians have been thorough and professional, that only works if you can get past the intake personnel. More
