Great experience We called on a busy Saturday because we were in the area and wanted to test out a vehicle. We were patched over to Onur and he asked what vehicle we were interested in. He told us to come in and he already had the vehicle waiting for us to test. We went over figures that day and left the dealership. The next day I had an email from the Sales Manager reminding us that they were available to help us at any time, should we have any further questions. We had really specific wants and needs for the vehicle we choose and between Onur and Scott they managed to get that vehicle without even having to order one from the factory. Mike from Accounting was also really helpful and fast. The team in general was great to work with from start to finish. They are looking to help you get what you need without pressure. More

We were just looking My husband and I had previously been across the street at a Chevy dealer and had really liked the Colorado model. There was only half an hour left bef My husband and I had previously been across the street at a Chevy dealer and had really liked the Colorado model. There was only half an hour left before Vaughan Chrysler Dodge Jeep was closing so we decided to quickly go in and take a look. We were looking at some of the vehicles in the show room when Sherry approached us, introduced herself and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I told her we were interested in a Jeep Wrangler but we're just taking a look. She brought us a Jeep Wrangler brochure and said that if we had any questions or needed any help that she would be in the area. My husband and I looked around and decided to as Sherry a few questions. We told Sherry that we were interested in getting some prices for the Jeep Wrangler. Sherry asked us questions about exactly what we were looking for; colour, features, transmission, etc. I had previously priced out a very basic model online that had basically no features. With the information we gave her, she told us that she thought she may have a Jeep on the lot that has the basic things we are looking for and when I saw the price, it was pretty much the same as the one I had priced out myself, except with MANY more features. By this time, the dealership was closing but at no time did Sherry rush us nor did she seem like she was in a hurry to leave. She brought us out the the Jeep and we loved it. She even asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive even though the dealership had already been closed for about 5 minutes. When we got back to Sherry's desk she asked us what our budget looked like. We gave her our numbers and she was able to do even better then we had thought. She helped give us a price that we were both extremely comfortable with and could more than afford. How could we say no? We couldn't, so we didn't. Next we had the pleasure of meeting Daina Miller who helped us with the financing and made it super clear on what I needed to do on my end in order to be able to drive away in the Jeep. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. When we finally left, the dealership had been closed for an hour. At no time did Daina or Sherry try to rush us, or seem like we were a burden preventing them from going home. This was by far the easiest and stress free vehicle purchase either of us have ever made (this is #4) it felt like we were friends and not just another transaction. They cared about what we wanted and were looking for opposed to trying to sell us something we didn't want. I would love to have Sherry and Daina help me again whenever we purchase another vehicle. On a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being unsatisfied and 10 being completely satisfied) I would rate them both as an 11. This is what service should always look like. More
