Service yesterday resulted in my buying my dream Highlander, the sales staff were very helpful and informative, and I drove away with my new Highlander the same day! Do not honor their agreements This will be the last time I work with Sherwood Park Toyota. They make deals and then do not honor them. They are forever blaming the other people in other departments. The common theme is it was the "other people who no longer work there that made these agreements but we can't honor them Sorry". I am tired of the poor service and lack of respect to the agreement that is actually on file yet they wont make any adjustments.
