From the moment we stepped out of our car to look at the van we had seen online, despite it having been sold only an hour before we got there, we received helpful friendly service. Kenny was helpful finding us a replacement that was even better then the one we had seen online. We were sold on it before we even saw it (as it wasn't even on the lot yet), though when we came back for our test drive it didn't disappoint. Kenny was able to make his sale WITHOUT being pushy or seeming insincere - he was accommodating and made us feel at ease. He went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for, with the features we wanted - all while staying within our budget and with less kms then we expected!! Matt made the financing process as smooth as possible and was also very friendly and explained all the terms without leaving us with any questions. The service department had our van looking and running great and ready to go within just a few days. Our service at Courtesy Ford Lincoln was beyond expectations from beginning to end with Kenny following through with us all the way, always there to help with any questions or concerns - as well as a friendly follow up call a couple days after we took it home. I have bought over 40 cars in my life I recently bought a 2014 Focus Titanium for my Wife at Courtesy Ford. I was greeted by a Gentleman, Mr. Dan Bee. I have bought over 40 cars in my life and I was pleasantly surprised at how professional , friendly and honest Dan was, There was zero pressure on his part, and the whole thing felt like a great conversation. He was very knowledgeable about every option of the car and he spent over an hour showing my wife all the bells and whistles this car had till she was very comfortable. he called us many times after the sale to make sure everything was A ok. He is the definition of over and above. He WILL be the next superstar at a dealership full of superstars. Every person we met was super friendly especially Mr. Matt Armstrong at finance. I was in a car accident and my car was written off so I needed a vehicle immediately I started looking at a number of different dealerships and as so I was in a car accident and my car was written off so I needed a vehicle immediately I started looking at a number of different dealerships and as soon as I walked into courtesy ford I was greeted by Daniel be a sales representative there he was very helpful and understood my needs for a vehicle that would accommodate my family . I needed a safe vehicle that had room for a wheelchair and sledge hockey equipment and ultimately we found the Lincoln MK Z which was perfect best of all I couldn't get there to test drive it and Daniel was happy enough to bring it to my house where I could take it for a test drive which made my life a lot easier . Overall it was a wonderful experience with Daniel I would recommend this dealership and especially Daniel as the self my percentage if to anybody I know looking for a vehicle. After deciding on the vehicle Daniel passed me on to Matt Armstrong to do the final paperwork and he also was a pleasure to work with at the end of the day I had a great experience with both these two young gentleman and I wish them the best of luck More
