Best Place to Save I went into Capital Dodge for one reason, to save money. I was not disappointed. Kelsey did a great job at getting me the best deal she could. The back and forth to get the best price took a bit of time, but in the end was well worth it. In the end I got exactly the vehicle I was after and a better price than I was expecting. Worth the trip in, as long as you don't mind working with the staff to get a deal! My only issue was with the final detailing (I bought a demo). Not the fault of the sales staff, but the detailing was not done to my satisfaction. I found cookies and crackers between the rear seats. Capital made it right though and brought the vehicle back in for another detailing. Mistakes happen, I can appreciate this, but whether a demo or not, the vehicle should be pristine when picked up. Regardless of this one issue, I would have no issues recommending Capital Dodge. But go over the vehicle at pick up to ensure it is perfect. More

He also make sure we got what we want in the price point we expected. Don't deal with this dealership or buy a Fiat Although my initial experience with this dealership was alright, as time passed they became more and more of a nuisance. Everytime I called to make an appointment for an oil change or tire change they would present me with a long list of services that my car was due for. The one time I agreed to pay a whopping $100 for a tire balance, I was presented with a report while picking up my car that showed my initial and final tire positions were exactly the same! (with the exception of one tire which had a 0.01 degree of a difference). In addition to this, I also receive calls every year asking if I've received my invitation to a special event that they're having and if I would like to trade in my car for another. Considering I haven't even paid off the current car, I'm not sure what would lead them to believe that I'm in the market for a new one. This dealership doesn't care about your time or your money. They see each individual person that enters the place with dollar signs in their eyes. And for those interested in purchasing a Fiat, DON'T!!!! I haven't had mine for very long and I've already had multiple things replaced on it including the clutch, a sensor, the armrest and both rocker panels (which are basically big plastic panels on both the passenger and drivers side). The car may look nice but everything about it breaks! More
