I felt confident that Brian would only recommend the necessary services and that he would do a good job on the necessary repairs. The dealership provided me with transport to and from home (which not all dealerships do) with very personable drivers, in a timely manner. They washed my vehicle and after the servicing, they provided me with a printout outlining all of the findings in the vehicle inspection, recommended actions and repairs done, which was very helpful to me. And bonus of all bonuses, I was able to redeem my points from their rewards program, thus lowering my bill! Thanks to Brian and all of the service guys for so patiently answering my questions and great service! More

It was beyond perfect; we'll be back in 2-4 years for our third and final upgrade to a Denali :-) !! We had the service department install some extra options worked in to our deal in the month after we purchased the truck. Neil, Willi and Kim provide absolute top-notch service; all three communicate pleasantly and promptly. Neil encourages the customer to share how they're feeling at each stage of the service experience-good or bad, in person or over the phone-so that he knows both the things that are running smoothly and those that aren't so he then knows what to fix. And fix it he does! If any aspect of the experience is negative, Neil and Willi work to ensure that you leave satisfied! While our truck was in, they even had the techs do a recall that had just come out-perfect! I can't say that the service department is a completely well-oiled machine; there were some long waits and issues that required us to return for work done but it was random things beyond the control of anyone.
