Super smooth process. I recently started looking into getting a replacement vehicle because my old car was a bit on its last legs. I work a lot so I don't have time to drive around a bunch of dealerships and look at cars, so I'd been doing most of my browsing online. I ran across a posting for a car I was quite interested in, reached out for some more information about it/a carproof report etc, got a reply with it pretty quickly. Late that night I filled out a financing application, and heard back on it the next morning when they were open. (I also discovered someone had just beat me to the car I really wanted that morning, but they had another that was admittedly probably a better choice anyways.) In a much faster and smoother than expected process, Barry and Chad had it all set up for me that same day, and Barry even offered to drive the car down to Nanaimo to get me and let me drive it back up there to complete the paperwork. (Longest test drive ever!) This was great, because I really wasn't keen on the idea of driving my old car that far. Both he and Chad stayed late past closing (on a Friday, no less) so I could get the car that day, without that I would've had to wait til later the next week because I'd be scheduling it around work. Process was easy, efficient, and both were very friendly throughout it. No sense of pressure. This was my first time actually buying a car, since I'd inherited my older one, and both were happy to answer any questions I came up with as a result of that, too. Would definitely recommend dealing with them to anyone. More

The day we decided to buy the car was his day off and when he found out we'd decided to buy it he came in to shake our hands and thank us. That was above and beyond! The new owner Corey was also great to work with, he met us personally and ran through all of the numbers so we knew the exact breakdown of our purchase, including the amount that the dealership was making off of our purchase, we hadn't see that before. Chad was great in financing, and Gaye was also a great help. She even offered to do a Timmies run while we were waiting for our financing when I mentioned I was hungry! We were overall very impressed with the staff and experience at Mazda. More
