I was very familiar with the Lexus brand as I had had the same Lexus 330 SUV for 10 years and was extremely pleased with its performance, reliability I was very familiar with the Lexus brand as I had had the same Lexus 330 SUV for 10 years and was extremely pleased with its performance, reliability and aesthetics. When I wanted a new Lexus, we shopped around at other dealerships but ended up at Lexus on the Park as they offered us the best pricing for a new Lexus 350. David Lee, our salesman, recognized us from another dealership 10 years ago! David was extremely professional, honest and prompt. We told David the other prices we had obtained so that he could make a competitive offer. He was determined to make the sale and worked quickly to seal the deal. He was very pleasant, not pushy and easy to work with. He was competitive with our trade-in SUV as well. Josie Allen was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was professional and took her time with us. Josie is a wealth of knowledge and patiently sat with me on 2 occasions to teach me the features as I hadn't had a navigation package before. She also invited me to contact her for any other further information. We were extremely pleased with our overall experience and would highly recommend this dealership.
