We went for a test drive and a did not like the auto shift and we were going to leave but then Jamie took the time to ask what we did not like about it. He knew I didn't have a lot of time when I came in, he hooked me up with a courtesy car and I was out the door in no time. He then was able to price match 4 new tires for me. He had my vehicle delivered with four shiny new tires right back to the front door of my office. He took the time to go through all of what I was looking for as well as patiently go through all (used) vans on the lot with no pressure to buy whatsoever. He was very clear with what MRC could do for me to get the best price and the best van. Jamie exceeded my requirements, which I purchased a (new to me) vehicle on the spot. I had a trade in vehicle which he waited late for me to drop off the next day, Then only having the vehicle 2 days I had a major brake issue, Jamie handled it immediately, no questions asked, and again going further than needed to make sure I was taken care of...
